Last Updated: 28 October 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to LevEx Integrated Logistics (“LevEx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LevEx website, logistics services, shipment booking facilities, tracking features, and other services made available through our platform.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. About LevEx Integrated Logistics

LevEx Integrated Logistics provides logistics and delivery-related solutions designed to connect businesses, shippers, couriers, and customers. Our services include shipping, last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and customer support.

The availability of specific services depends on the delivery location, shipment requirements, operational capacity, and any applicable service restrictions.

3. Eligibility and Use of Our Website

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with, damage, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or services.
  • You will not use our platform to facilitate fraud, unlawful activities, or the transportation of prohibited goods.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to our website or services where there is reasonable cause to believe that these terms have been violated.

4. Shipment Bookings and Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or booking a shipment. This includes the sender’s details, recipient’s details, collection and delivery addresses, contact information, package description, dimensions, weight, and any other information reasonably required to process the shipment.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges, delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or cancellation of a shipment.

A quote or shipment request does not constitute confirmation of service until it has been accepted by LevEx through the applicable booking or confirmation process.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices may vary depending on the shipment’s size, weight, destination, delivery speed, service type, handling requirements, and other relevant operational factors.

Before a shipment is confirmed, we will communicate the applicable charges and payment requirements through the relevant booking or quotation process.

Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with their selected services. Additional charges may apply where the original shipment details are inaccurate, the delivery address changes, additional handling is required, or other circumstances arise that affect the agreed service.

Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably practicable before they are applied.

Payment methods, payment deadlines, refund eligibility, and any cancellation charges will be communicated through the applicable service process.

6. Packaging and Shipment Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are properly packaged, labelled, and prepared for transportation.

Packaging must be suitable for the nature, weight, and fragility of the items being shipped. Where special handling is necessary, customers must notify LevEx before the shipment is accepted.

LevEx may decline or delay a shipment where packaging is inadequate, the contents are not properly disclosed, or transportation presents an unreasonable safety or legal risk.

7. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Customers must not submit items for transportation where their carriage is unlawful or prohibited by LevEx or the relevant carrier, destination authority, or applicable law.

Prohibited or restricted items may include illegal drugs, explosives, firearms or ammunition, hazardous substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and other items whose transportation is restricted by law or by the relevant service provider.

Certain goods may require special permits, documentation, packaging, or handling arrangements. Customers are responsible for disclosing relevant information about shipment contents and obtaining any documentation required of them.

LevEx reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or report a shipment where necessary to comply with applicable law or address a legitimate safety or security concern.

8. Delivery Times and Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance unless an express delivery commitment has been specifically agreed upon in writing.

Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, inaccurate addresses, recipient unavailability, customs procedures, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

LevEx will make reasonable efforts to coordinate deliveries within the communicated timeframe. However, we do not guarantee a specific delivery time unless expressly agreed as part of the relevant service.

Where a material delay occurs, customers may contact our support team for assistance and updates.

9. Shipment Tracking

Where available, LevEx may provide tracking features that allow customers to check shipment progress using a tracking number or other shipment reference.

Tracking information is provided for convenience and may not always reflect the shipment’s exact location or real-time status. Updates may be delayed due to operational, technical, or third-party system limitations.

Customers must keep tracking references secure and must not use another person’s shipment information without authorisation.

10. Delivery and Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers must provide a delivery address that is accessible and accurate and ensure that the recipient, or an authorised representative, is available to receive the shipment where required.

Where delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, access restrictions, or other circumstances attributable to the sender or recipient, an additional delivery attempt, storage fee, return fee, or other reasonable charge may apply, subject to the applicable service terms.

Proof of delivery may be recorded through a signature, electronic confirmation, photograph, delivery record, or another appropriate method, where available and lawful.

Customers should promptly report any concern about a shipment’s delivery status to our support team.

11. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

Customers should notify LevEx as soon as reasonably practicable after discovering that a shipment is lost, damaged, incomplete, or delivered incorrectly.

Reports should include the tracking reference, a description of the issue, relevant photographs or supporting documents where available, and any other information reasonably required to investigate the matter.

LevEx will review reported incidents and work with relevant service providers where necessary to establish the circumstances and determine any applicable remedy.

Any compensation, reimbursement, liability limitation, or insurance benefit will be determined by the applicable service agreement, any expressly agreed shipment protection, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Shipment cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to the service selected, the shipment’s processing stage, any third-party charges already incurred, and the applicable booking conditions.

Customers requesting a cancellation or change should contact LevEx as soon as possible. A cancellation may not be possible once a shipment has been collected, dispatched, or otherwise committed to a third-party service.

Where a refund is approved, the applicable amount and processing method will be communicated to the customer. Any non-refundable charges or cancellation fees must be disclosed as part of the relevant service terms.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or other right that a customer is entitled to under applicable law.

13. Responsibilities of Shippers and Customers

Shippers and customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment and contact information.
  • Package goods appropriately and disclose relevant shipment contents.
  • Comply with applicable laws and transportation requirements.
  • Pay agreed service charges.
  • Ensure that recipients are informed of delivery arrangements where appropriate.
  • Cooperate reasonably with investigations into shipment issues.

Customers may be responsible for losses, additional costs, or claims arising from inaccurate information, prohibited goods, inadequate packaging, or other breaches of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Couriers and Third-Party Service Providers

LevEx may work with couriers, transport operators, delivery partners, and other third-party service providers to facilitate logistics services.

Where a service involves a third party, the delivery arrangements may also be subject to the relevant provider’s applicable terms. LevEx will make reasonable efforts to coordinate services and address customer concerns.

Any specific allocation of responsibility between LevEx and a third-party provider will depend on the service arrangement, the circumstances of the incident, and applicable law. These terms do not remove any legal responsibility that LevEx retains for services it provides or controls.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LevEx will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, or revenue, arising from the use of our website or services.

Any liability relating to a shipment will be assessed in accordance with the applicable service agreement, the circumstances of the loss, and applicable law.

LevEx is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that this does not exclude liability where the law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Website Availability and Intellectual Property

We aim to keep our website accessible and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security measures, or technical reasons.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on our website, including our brand name, logo, graphics, written materials, and design elements, belongs to LevEx or is used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our website content without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

LevEx may collect and process personal information necessary to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, coordinate shipments, facilitate deliveries, communicate with customers, and improve our services.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy-Policy and applicable data protection laws in Nigeria, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where applicable.

By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information may need to be shared with relevant couriers, delivery partners, and service providers to fulfil a shipment or provide a requested service, subject to applicable law.

Please read our Privacy Policy for further information about the personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you.

18. Suspension and Termination

LevEx may refuse a booking, suspend a service, or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, or a material breach of these terms.

Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any outstanding payment obligations or rights that accrued before termination will remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.

19. Changes to These Terms

LevEx may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational processes, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by law or the applicable agreement, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of our website or services after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where such acceptance is legally valid.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussions with LevEx’s customer support or management team.

Where the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available through the appropriate courts or other legally recognised dispute resolution processes in Nigeria.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
