LevEx Integrated Logistics • centilev.com
Prepared 28 October 2026
Effective date: 28 October, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LevEx Integrated Logistics (“LevEx”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit centilev.com, register as a shipper or courier, request a quote, track a shipment, contact us, or use logistics services arranged through our website. It also covers personal information about senders, recipients and business contacts supplied to us by other people.
Who is responsible for your information
LevEx Integrated Logistics operates the website and determines how personal information is used for website enquiries, account administration and its own logistics coordination activities. For these purposes, we act as a data controller under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable Nigeria Data Protection Commission requirements.
Our contact address is 3 Betty Pride Street, Ajao Estate, Lagos, Nigeria. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@centilev.com or made by telephone on +234 90 002 72000.
Where we process information solely on a business customer’s documented instructions, our responsibilities are governed by the applicable service and data processing arrangements. Separate notices may apply to the LevEx mobile app, employment, or courier onboarding activities beyond the website. Those notices should explain any additional collection, including device permissions or background location access.
Information we collect
The information involved depends on your interaction with us. We collect information you submit through website forms or provide during service delivery and support. Relevant categories include:
- Contact and account information: first and last names, optional middle name or title, email address, telephone number, company name, shipper or courier account type, and login credentials when you register.
- Quote and shipment information: requested service, pickup and delivery addresses or cities, sender and recipient contact details, package type, quantity or weight, delivery instructions, shipment references and tracking enquiries.
- Support information: messages, correspondence, complaints, screenshots and other files you choose to upload. Please remove unrelated personal information from uploads and avoid including passwords or full payment card details.
- Service records, where relevant: booking and delivery status, communications about a shipment, billing and payment references, and information needed to investigate a delivery issue or claim. If a service requires identity, customs or proof of delivery information, we will explain the additional requirements when collecting it.
- Technical information: information generated when your browser connects to our website, such as IP address, browser or device details, pages requested, timestamps and security logs. Cookie and similar technology use is explained in section 8.
We may receive recipient details from a sender, an online merchant or another customer arranging delivery. Couriers, carriers and logistics partners may provide shipment updates and information needed to complete or investigate a delivery. We use these details for the relevant service and related legal or operational requirements.
If you provide another person’s information, make sure you have a lawful basis to share it, keep it accurate, and direct that person to this policy where appropriate. We remain responsible for identifying our own lawful basis for processing it.
Why we use information and our lawful bases
Enquiries and quotations. We use contact details and shipment requirements to assess your request, prepare a quote and respond. Our basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For enquiries made on behalf of a business, we may rely on our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers.
Accounts and service delivery. We use account and shipment information to administer your account, coordinate collection and delivery, provide tracking updates and handle service issues. We rely on performance of a contract with you. Where you are a recipient or business contact who is not a party to that contract, we rely on our legitimate interest in completing the requested delivery and communicating with those involved, subject to your rights and reasonable expectations.
Billing and legal requirements. We use relevant transaction and shipment records for invoicing, reconciliation, tax, customs and other applicable legal requirements. Our bases are performance of a contract and compliance with specific legal obligations, as appropriate.
Security and claims. We use relevant technical, account and shipment records to prevent misuse, protect our services, investigate complaints and establish or defend legal claims. We rely on legitimate interests in protecting customers and operating a reliable service, or a legal obligation where one applies. We assess whether those interests are outweighed by your rights.
Marketing and optional technologies. If we offer promotional communications, we will obtain consent where required and provide a way to unsubscribe. Where consent is required for optional cookies or similar technologies, we will seek it before using them. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Reading or accepting this policy is not, by itself, consent to marketing or optional tracking.
When information is required
You may browse public pages without registering. However, we need certain information to respond to quote requests, establish an account or arrange a shipment. If required contact details, delivery addresses or shipment information are missing, we may be unable to provide the requested service. Optional fields should be identified as optional. Please give us only information relevant to your request.
How we share information
We share relevant information only where needed for the purposes described in this policy and on an appropriate lawful basis. Depending on the service, recipients may include:
- Couriers, carriers, freight forwarders, warehouse operators and delivery partners that need information to collect, transport, store, clear or deliver a shipment.
- Senders, recipients and authorised business contacts who need shipment status or information to resolve a delivery issue. Tracking references should be treated as confidential and shared only with authorised people.
- Service providers supporting website hosting, account systems, communications, technical maintenance, security and, where used, payment processing. Their access should be limited to their assigned services and covered by appropriate safeguards.
- Customs, regulators, law enforcement, courts, insurers and professional advisers where disclosure is necessary and lawful, including to meet legal obligations or handle claims.
Some logistics partners and payment providers determine their own processing purposes and act as independent controllers. Their own privacy notices apply to that processing. This policy does not authorise unrelated use of your information by those parties.
Transfers outside Nigeria
International shipments may require relevant sender, recipient and shipment information to be sent to carriers, agents or authorities in destination or transit countries. Use of service providers located abroad may also involve international transfers.
Before transferring personal information outside Nigeria, we must identify and document a lawful transfer basis under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Depending on the transfer, this may involve adequate protection through applicable law or contractual safeguards, or a specific statutory exception such as a transfer necessary to perform a contract with you. Where reliance on informed consent is appropriate, we will explain the relevant risks and obtain it separately. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of applicable legal obligations and claims. Enquiry records are kept while we respond and for a proportionate follow-up period. Account records are retained while the account is needed and thereafter only for justified administrative, security or legal purposes.
Shipment, billing and delivery records may need to be retained after delivery to meet applicable accounting, tax, customs, insurance or dispute requirements. Technical logs and support uploads should be retained for periods proportionate to their operational or security purpose. Once retention is no longer justified, information should be securely deleted or anonymised. You may contact us for the retention period or criteria applicable to a particular record.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Security and incident response
We are responsible for applying appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, proportionate to the information and risks involved. No website or method of electronic transmission can guarantee complete security. Please keep account credentials and tracking references confidential and report suspected misuse promptly to info@centilev.com.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess it, take appropriate action and notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where required by applicable law.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exemptions, you may request information about our use of your data, access to your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability of eligible information. You may object to processing, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and object at any time to use of your information for direct marketing.
You also have rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, including applicable rights to human intervention and to challenge the decision. Routine shipment tracking does not itself establish that such decision making occurs. If we introduce such processing, we will provide the required information and safeguards.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
To exercise a right, email info@centilev.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Tell us the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to locate the relevant records, such as an account email or shipment reference. We may request proportionate identity verification to protect your information. Do not send an identity document unless requested through an appropriate channel.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation or refusal. Some information may need to be retained despite an erasure request, for example to comply with a legal obligation or defend a claim. You may complain directly to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission through https://ndpc.gov.ng without first contacting us.
Children and information requiring extra care
Our website account and business services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authority, contact us. Where delivery involves a child’s information, collection and use must be limited to what is necessary and supported by the safeguards and authorisation required by applicable law.
Please do not submit health information, biometric information or other sensitive personal information through general enquiry fields unless specifically requested for a lawful and explained purpose.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
External services and policy updates
Links or embedded services may lead to platforms operated by other organisations. Review their privacy notices before providing information. We may update this policy when our services, practices or legal obligations change. The published version will show its effective or last updated date, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
